This is one of my favorite appetizers. It’s perfect with veggies or crackers or chips. It’s both salty and creamy, and incredibly easy to make. Add a glass of wine, and it’s a perfect beginning to a Friday night dinner.
This is my mother's recipe and she's been serving it ever since I can remember. It's easy and delicious with raw veggies or potato chips (which my kids consider a vegetable. LOL). When everyone's around, I keep a bowl of this in the fridge for a late afternoon snack.
