Chicken Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken cooked and diced
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 Granny Smith apple peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 4 croissants for sandwiches (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, dill, parsley and celery salt. Stir in the chicken. Then stir in the apples and pecans. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Serve on croissants or on top of a salad.
