Christmas Cranberry Punch

This recipe can be made with either Prosecco or Ginger Ale, depending if you want an alcoholic or nonalcoholic punch. They're both wonderful--for different reasons. :)

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Canned Pineapple Juice chilled
  • 3 cups Cranberry Juice Cocktail chilled
  • 4 cups Ginger Ale* chilled (omit if using Prosecco)
  • 1 bottle Prosecco* chilled (omit if using Ginger Ale)
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 lime thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, stir together the pineapple juice, cranberry juice, and ginger ale or Prosecco. Then stir in the cranberries and sliced lime.

    You can add ice or I prefer making an ice ring out of pineapple juice and cranberry juice and water. That way when the ring melts, it's not diluting the punch too much and you can just top off with ginger ale or Prosecco..
