
This is a great substitute for expensive coffee shop lattes. It's easy to make and you can use your choice of milk.
In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together the coffee and milk and heat until the mixture is hot (the coffee might already be hot so heat until both milk and coffee are heated through).
In a large mug, stir together the remaining ingredients until it forms a paste.
Pour the hot coffee/milk over the gingerbread paste and stir until the paste is dissolved.
Garnish with marshmallows and sprinkle cinnamon on top. Serve immediately.
