Homemade Tacos & Seasoning Mix

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together all of the spices. Store in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.

  2. To make tacos, brown 1 1/2 pounds ground beef in a frying pan. Drain any excess fat. In the frying pan, stir in 3/4 cup water and 1 - 2 Tablespoons of seasoning mix, depending on your taste. Cook over medium heat until the water is absorbed. Serve immediately.
