Ingredients

  • 3-4 pound Pork Loin Boneless
  • 2 cans whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dry ground mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Place the pork loin in the slow cooker.

  2. In a bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, dry mustard, and sugar. Spread the sauce over the pork loin and cook for up to 8 hours on low, depending on how hot/high your crockpot runs. If you use a smaller roast, just lower the cooking time.
