Amazing Hot Chocolate
This is the most amazing hot chocolate ever! And if you drop a peppermint kiss into the mug, it makes a perfect peppermint hot chocolate. It's wonderful on a snowy or cold, rainy day!

Ingredients
- 1 14-ounce can evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups hot water
- whipped cream for garnish
- chocolate peppermint kisses for garnish
- Dash cinnamon for garnish
Instructions

in a large pot over medium heat, combine the evaporated milk, cocoa, and vanilla extract. While it heats, slowly stir in the hot water.

Heat through, stirring constantly. Divide between 4 mugs and top with whipped cream, peppermint chocolates, and/or cinnamon. Or any other favorite toppings like marshmallows and sprinkles.
