Bacon & Tomato Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons dehydrated onion soaked in water and drained
  • 1 large fresh tomato seeded and diced
  • 1 Tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 pound bacon cooked crisp, cooled and drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • black pepper to taste
  • baguette slices or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients, adding in the black pepper last, to taste.

    Chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve with baguette slices or your favorite crackers.
