French Brie and Raspberry Canapes

Ingredients

  • 1/3 pound Double cream Brie cheese
  • 30 whole wheat crackers
  • 1/3 cup seedless raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Place the crackers on the baking sheet. Cut the brie into 30 3/4" cubes and place one cube on each cracker. Top each cracker/cheese combo with a small dollop of raspberry jam. Bake for 5 minutes. But check at 3 minutes so they don't burn.

    Note: 1 serving is 3 crackers.
