
In a small bowl, mix together all 6 spices and store in an airtight container for up to 2 months.
In a large measuring cup, whisk together the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.

Bring to boil, whisking occasionally, for 1 minute, then remove from heat and let creamer cool in pan 5 minutes before using in your coffee. Add sugar to your coffee if you take it that way. You can also add whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon too.
Pour this into a small saucepan and gently heat the mixture over medium-low heat. After a few minutes, when it's heated through but not boiling, add the cinnamon sticks. Bring to a slow boil, whisking continuously, and boil for 1 minute.
Remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for 6-7 minutes. Then you can use it in your coffee or other drink. Once it's fully cooled, the creamer can be stored in the refrigerator for 1 week.
Garnish your drink with whipped cream, cinnamon, or chocolate bits.
