
Grilled Tilapia
Heat the grill to medium-high heat.
Dry the fish with paper towels to make sure they are completely dry. Rub down the fish with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook the grill on the grill for 2-3 minutes and then flip the fish and cook for another 3 minutes. The fish are done when the internal temp reaches 140 - 145℉.
