We are halfway through the Rough Draft Spring Challenge. So that means it’s time for to remember to take care of our body, mind, and eyes so we can finish our drafts strong with great stories and even better health.

Week 1 of NaNo has ended and everyone is busy counting up how many words they’ve written. Some have over 10K, others have none. And that’s okay!
We’ve completed Week 1 of NaNoWriMo, so now it’s time to talk about self-care and why there should be no guilt or self-sabotage.
