The holidays are over, so that means the stores are gearing up for the next big thing. And in this part of the world, that means Valentine’s Day. In fact, Valentine’s Day candy went on sale on Christmas Eve, so the stores are probably already gearing up for Mardi Gras and St. Patrick’s Day. Anyway, in the publishing world, that means it’s time for Valentine’s Day anthologies. Especially charity anthologies where all the proceeds go to Breast Cancer Research.
I’m not in many anthologies this year, (maybe 2?), but Just Add Love is one I’m very happy about. This Instalove Romance collection contains novellas and short stories where romantic connections are made instantly… but it takes more than serious attraction to make a Happily Ever After. It will release on February 12, 2025, and there are 16 authors in this anthology. Each story is filled with all the Valentine’s Day/Instalove feels at different heat levels, from mid-to-high, from sweet-and-sexy to super-steamy.
My story in this collection, His Perfect Valentine, is another novella in the Kingsmill Courtships Series. It’s the story of two teenagers who fell in love instantly but then discovered, more than a decade later, that the kind of true love that makes a marriage last is so much more powerful than anything they ever imagined.
