Happy Friday! Since it’s cold out and I’m tired from from all the festivities, tonight I’m making a simple meal to eat by the fireplace (which I do a lot in the winter!). And tonight’s supper is homemade Creamy Clam Chowder.
Although it’s Thursday, I’m ready for the weekend! And since it’s finally Fall, I’m serving my new favorite soup for dinner. It’s made with fresh sweet potatoes and cauliflower and loaded with all the fall flavors.
It’s March, and it’s Lent, so that means it’s time for some healthy, non-meat, Friday night dinner ideas. And this cheddar broccoli soup is perfect, both filling and delicious.
