I love Mimosas. That’s why I’m shocked that I didn’t know there was a special day set aside for my favorite cocktail. This is probably the easiest cocktail to make, and while the original uses Champagne, I’ve made it with Prosecco and Cava. Just make sure whatever sparkling wine you use that is chilled ahead of time. I also don’t like orange pulp in my drinks, so while freshly squeezed juice tasted better on its own, I just use remade/no pulp juice for these drinks. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and that you enjoy National Mimosa Day!

If you prefer a non-alcoholic drink, you can use sparkling grape juice or any flavored/unflavored seltzer water of your choice. Freshly squeezed juice tastes better, but you may want to avoid pulpier juices.
