The Hungry {Romance} Writer: Oven-Baked Ribs

It’s almost Memorial Day and my absolute favorite thing to eat is BBQ Ribs. But since it can still be cold in May in Virginia, my husband bakes them in the oven. They are the easiest and best Oven-Baked Ribs I’ve ever had. And the rub and cooking directions are bits and pieces adapted from multiple recipes I’ve tried throughout the years. I’m not a big fan of smoked meat, and I’m not great with a lot of spice, but the rub can easily be “fired up” by adding whatever ingredients you want.

I serve this with cole slaw because my mother told me I need a veg at every meal. But, honestly, I’d rather just eat the meat.
