
Pumpkin Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 15 ounces can pumpkin purée
- 1 12 ounces can evaporated milk
- 1 box 5.1 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- whipped cream for garnish
Instructions

In a large blender jar, combine the pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, vanilla puddingmcix and pumpkin pie spice. With the lid on the blender jar, blend until the mixture is thick and creamy.

Pour the pudding into 4 individual bowls. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for at least 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
