This weekend is Easter, and I’m tasked with making something fun to drink in celebration. So I spent a few hours searching for new cocktails to try and found this one. One of the reasons I like this recipe is because you can leave out the alcohol and still have a nice punch for others to drink. This punch is made with raspberries, lemon lime soda, Champagne (or Prosecco), tequila, and frozen limeade. It takes minutes to put together and looks so pretty when served with fresh raspberries. I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

Raspberry Champagne Punch
Ingredients
- 15 ounces frozen raspberries
- 24 ounces lemon lime soda
- 1 12-ounce can frozen limeade concentrate
- 2 cups orange juice no pulp
- 1/2 cup Blanco Tequila more to taste
- 1 bottle Champagne
- fresh limes and raspberries for garnish
Instructions
-
In a blender, puree the frozen raspberries and lemon lime soda until smooth.
-
Pour the raspberry puree into a punch bowl (or a large pitcher) and stir in the limeade concentrate. Then stir in the orange juice. If the punch is too tart, you can add some water.
-
Stir in the Champagne and the tequila. Serve immediately and garnish with fresh lime slices and/or raspberries.
